Insanity in Syria, Damascus: The Intelligence Hour
A repressive campaign of assassinations and massive arrests has been going on in Syria since April 4th 2005 . Produced and orchestrated by Intelligence architect and Interior Minister Ghazi Kanaan, this deadly military operation against the Sunni community continues secretly up to this hour. Intelligence information coming out of Damascus report a secret rampage is under way: 39 executions until now and around 400 arrests, most of them Sunni students from many Universities in Aleppo, Hims, and Damascus. These Sunnis were asking for reforms and the end of the "state of siege," and they were put under the reign of terror of the Syrian Mukhbarat . Executed was Dr Naji Hassan from Aleppo who has been reported in conjunction with Dr Hassan El Ali from the University of Aleppo , Faculty of Engeneering. Most of the prisonners have been distributed to the "Tadmor" and "Damascus" jails as well as many Intelligence facilities around the country under a false accusation of "smuggling arms.". The arrests count many men and women from the University of Aleppo. Intelligence information coming out of the Syrian military report that Syrian military commandos as well as Syrian Intelligence agents have been conducting these secret raids under the direct orders of Brigadier General Ghazi Kanaan without the consent of Syrian President Bachar Assad. On a separate level, many Lebanese families asking to know the fate of their missing sons in Syrian Jails have received direct phone threats from the Syrian Intelligence to stop and abandon their search for their missing relatives. A Christian Radio Station, "Sawt Al Mahabba" broadcasting the families request for help out of the Christian Port of Jounieh, Lebanon has been bombed few weeks ago by the Syrian Intelligence as a "political" message to stop broadcasting the fate of the Lebanese missing in Syria. This sabotage bombing was intended to scare these families and end a Lebanese political campaign asking the fate of the missing in Syrian Jails.
